Today, I’m Thankful for You

Last week, I talked about what I’ve learned from two years in business.

There’s one important thing that I’ve learned that I didn’t talk about then, and I’d like to talk about it now.

Entrepreneurship can feel really lonely. It’s easy to feel like you’re on a remote island somewhere, figuring it all out on your own.

But I’ve rarely felt that way.

And it’s not because I have a magnetic, outgoing personality (I don’t).

It’s because people have invested in me.

From my mentors at Georgetown who showed me how to think bigger…

To my clients, who I truly care about and deeply respect…

To Jen, Maureen, and Carrie, my team, who believe in A Squared and have showed up to make it stronger…

To Copy Chief, a community of copywriters that has embraced my non-copywriter self…

To more small groups, networking communities, and “random” connections than I can count…

Entrepreneurs are banding together and rising together.

Thank you for signing up to hear from me every week. Thank you for encouraging me and telling me you support me. I hope I can do the same for you.

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!

Until next week,

P.S. I recorded my first podcast interview last Thursday, and my second one today! I was really nervous both times, but I ultimately had a really great time. I’ll let you know when the newest one goes live, but in the meantime, you can hear my conversation with Colin Campbell on the Formula Publisher Podcast here. We talked about automating, delegating, streamlining, leadership, and more.

If you’d like to share this with your people, here’s a quick blurb you can copy and paste: Curious about what it might look like to hire your first Virtual Assistant, or how you can expand your capacity as you grow? Check out this episode with Colin Campbell and Ashlee Berghoff on the Formula Publisher Podcast.
