Ashlee Berghoff

Founder and CEO

Ashlee Berghoff is the CEO of A Squared Online and the creator of Smooth Operator, a new way for experts and agency owners to scale even when they’re out of time. Her consulting firm, A Squared Online, specializes in done-for-you COO-level support for maxed out entrepreneurs, all of whom have one thing in common: the desire to have someone come in and organize THEM.

A Squared’s approach sits in stark contrast to the way most business support firms operate: virtual assistants often unwittingly create more work for business owners who lack the clarity to effectively delegate, and coaches may specialize in strategy or mindset but leave the entrepreneur alone to do the hard work of daily implementation. Smooth Operator, on the other hand, combines the best of systems thinking with on-the-ground execution so experts can turn their creative insights into powerful outcomes.

Ashlee’s entrepreneurial philosophy is codified in her book “Eureka Results: How Entrepreneurs Can Turn Their Best Ideas Into Reality” and draws heavily from her background at Georgetown University, long-term relationships with clients, and in-depth research of hundreds of business owners. Her team of world-class consultants works individually with business owners to enable clear, focused action, implement time saving systems, and ensure effective delegation. “I don’t have to think about a damn thing except my actual job,” states Caroline Mayes, one of A Squared’s early clients. “A Squared can untangle the situation by clarifying what is actually happening, then mapping it out and creating the ability to make it so” agrees Tim Woo.

Jennifer Dale

Lead Recruiter / Client Success Manager

Jennifer has worked virtually for 20 years in Business Development & Project Management. She has a Degree in Business Management and has assisted many small business owners with organizing time & resources, creating processes, and implementing software systems.

Her experience includes team building (recruiting, hiring, training); process creation, operations management, and system development & documentation. 

Jennifer joined A Squared Online in February of 2019 as a Client Success Manager. She has led the recruiting department for the entire organization, and now manages the in-house operations manager team. She has enjoyed helping her clients get organized, grow, and reach their goals. 

In her down time, she keeps in touch with her four grown kids, watches college football and basketball, and works on her goal of reading 100 books per year.

Brian McMahon

From selling gum in 7th grade to founding a successful online health business, Brian McMahon is a natural-born entrepreneur driven by a passion for leading others. With over a decade of management experience and knack for sales, Brian leads through active listening and understanding. His entrepreneurial spirit sparked early and continues to fuel his commitment to providing clarity and direction to his clients both professionally and personally.

Her passion lies in empowering owners to create sustainable businesses that they love, generating wealth and balance in all aspects of their lives.  

When Angie is not helping clients take the world by storm, she can be found hiking, growing edible landscapes and hanging with her bernedoodles, Walter and Lilly.

She has worked in operations and content in a variety of industries including brand, media, marketing, wellness, and tech, giving her a broad view to support your business. What sets Katrina apart is her intuitive understanding of people and her ability to transform big ideas into tangible results.

Katrina is based in Boulder, Colorado where she lives with her 80lb hound, Elliot.

Nikki Aragon has over 15 years of experience working with small businesses and nonprofits to bravely implement new approaches in the workplace. Driven by a desire to help businesses discover the joy that can be found at the intersection of vision and systems, she would love to learn about where you want to take your business and work together to build a strategy and implementation plan to get you there. 

Nikki lives in Denver, Colorado and works with clients all over the country. In her free time, she loves to travel to new places and go camping in the Rocky Mountains.

Paige Baiano has over 8 years of experience in business operations and project management. She is passionate about helping small businesses reach their full potential. She’s a big believer in collaboration and communication, and is always looking for ways to improve processes and ensure that everyone is working together to reach their goals. Being a strong advocate for innovation, she’s constantly looking for new and creative solutions to challenges. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and traveling.
